PRESENTED TO TRIBUNAL

If I agreed to perform the duty I would have committed a criminal act by flying when fatigued whilst in command of an aircraft with over 200 passengers and crew on board, landing, at night, into one of the busiest airports in the UK after being awake for 19hrs. This  following on from the previous days 18 hour working day and the previous two days wake up of 02:00z and 02:00z. for two sim slots.

FAST software predicted level of fatigue equivalent to 70%

From FAST operators manual

“effectiveness as low as 70% lengthens reaction time about as much as being legally drunk (0.08 BAC).(Blood Alcohol Concentration)
